It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings which include unique family-themed rooms supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.
We are looking for aF&B (Captain)to join our team!
Supervise daily service operations in the outlet (e.g. Lobby Lounge restaurant or bar)
Lead and support the service team during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service
Assist guests with menu choices take orders accurately and ensure timely service
Check table setup cleanliness and presentation before service begins
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service
Handle guest complaints or feedback and escalate when necessary
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for food and beverage delivery
Train and guide junior staff on service standards and procedures
Requirement:
- At least 12 years experience in F&B service preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment
