Ramsay Health Care UK is part of a global healthcare provider committed to delivering excellent care through great people and smart systems. Were looking for an experienced Workday Systems Manager to take ownership of our Workday platform and lead the team behind it.

Youll have overall responsibility of a team of 5 and work across HR and Digital and the wider business to deliver a high-performing future-ready system.

What youll do:

• Lead and support the internal Workday team

• Own and enhance our Workday HCM environment with a focus on Payroll Integrations Learning Recruitment Workday Help and Business Processes

• Drive feature releases system upgrades and process improvements

• Ensure smooth operations while delivering strategic enhancements

• Maintain data governance compliance and clear documentation

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align system capability with business needs
  

What youll bring:

• Solid Workday experience across Core HCM and full platform management

• Strong hands-on experience with integrations essential

• In-depth UK Payroll knowledge highly desirable

• Configuration skills across security business processes and reporting

• A proven ability to manage and develop a team

• Clear communication and confidence engaging across business and technical teams

• Ability to juggle support projects and continuous improvement
