AtlantiCare Southeastern New Jerseys largest health system and a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient is seeking an experienced board-certified Chief of ENT to lead its rapidly growing Otolaryngology Division in a full-time direct-hire leadership role based in Egg Harbor Township with access to state-of-the-art hospitals DaVinci XI robotics and a collaborative patient-centered team environment along the scenic Jersey Shore.
Leading a high-performing ENT team with 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
Providing comprehensive care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Overseeing OR and clinic schedules with block time as needed
Participating in 6 weekday call shifts per month (weekends covered externally)
Managing and enhancing the divisions referral network and ensuring clinical excellence
Working with advanced technologies including multiple DaVinci XI robotic platforms
Using Cerner as the documentation/EMR system
Practicing at AtlantiCare facilities in Egg Harbor Township Atlantic City and Galloway NJ
Supporting department growth and mentoring clinical staff
Ensuring compliance with hospital and departmental quality standards
Engaging in strategic planning to expand ENT services
Contributing to a patient-centered culture with a focus on innovation and collaboration
Candidates must be Board Certified (BC) in ENT at the time of application.
Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected
