Job Description
Job Opportunity: Physician - Otolaryngology in Findlay OH
Join a thriving community health system in Northwest Ohio! We are seeking a full-time board-certified Otolaryngologist to be part of a supportive and flexible practice at a top-ranked Newsweek Worlds Best Hospital 2025.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with minimal competition.
- Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinic.
- Perform surgeries across multiple OR locations including local hospitals and surgery centers.
- Utilize advanced surgical technologies including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots.
- Collaborate with a comprehensive onsite audiology team and various medical/surgical subspecialties.
- Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support.
- Take backup call only with primary calls managed by advanced practice providers.
- Contribute to a collegial work culture that emphasizes work-life balance.
- Have input into practice patterns schedules and patient volumes.
- Access resources from the Mayo Clinic for professional development.
- Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) in Otolaryngology.
- Unrestricted medical license in Ohio (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
- Clean malpractice and license history.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
- Unrestricted Ohio medical license.
