PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for recognizing alerting and correcting safety concerns of the department (adhering to all PPE requirements)
- Lead Pre-Shift production meetings and communication for the department.
- Execute smooth and efficient start-up and transition to the next shift
- Delegating job responsibilities based on production needs
- Prioritizing running and racking rushes and remakes to ensure order completion
- Maintaining a clean and organized production floor
- Attend Team lead Meetings daily.
- Print production tags organize and pass them out
- Pass out Remakes and Rushes as they are turned in
- Ensure quality checks are being performed.
- Provide support to ensure operators meet/exceed goals.
- Ensure new employees are being properly trained.
- Other duties or requests as needed
