Job Description

Our client established in 1997 provides mechanical components for factory automation press dies and plastic mould applications. The company is known for its extensive product catalogue efficient delivery system (99.97% on-time rate) and strong customer base. It offers both printed and online catalogues along with local production and stock facilities to reduce costs and delivery times. Customer support is available via chat in Thai during business hours.

The company is located in Rayong Thailand.

Responsibilities:

  • Educating customers on using the companys services and products and promoting related campaigns through visits and other channels (phone email).
  • Acting as the main contact person for allocated customers solving barriers during the purchasing process (both inbound and outbound) and assisting with customer system operations if necessary.
  • Coordinating with the product team to fulfil customer requests in terms of lead time pricing product information etc.
  • Researching customer movements market trends and competitor activities and considering action plans to expand the market and market share within assigned customer groups.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in Sales Marketing Engineering or a related field.
  • Good command of the Chinese language (Mandarin) at a native or business level.
  • Strong communication skills including voice and emotion management and good interpersonal skills.
  • A service-minded individual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with industrial products and industrial customers.
  • Ability to write and read in English for internal communication and reporting.

PS: MSM did not request all of the following but should have at least one of the qualifications below:

  • Outstanding sales background especially in B2B business.
  • Experience with industrial products (as a user seller educator etc.).
  • Experience with mainland Chinese culture (e.g. working or studying in the PRC working in PRC corporate environments or servicing PRC customers).
