Our client is a global leader in automotive products.
Responsibilities:
- Controlling materials and designing parameters to manage material flow.
- Checking and updating material stock and controlling material stock at the supplier.
- Reviewing material deliveries from suppliers concerning schedule planning.
- Managing inventory control.
- Planning materials based on the production plan.
- Optimizing material usage through BOM management.
- Building strong supplier relationships.
- Strategically sourcing and purchasing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Purchasing Engineer and Material Control role within the electronic parts manufacturing industry.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of project management ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
