Your Tasks
- No cold calling youll receive pre-qualified customer leads from our Pre-Sales team.
- You are the voice of the DR SMILE brand guiding our patients through to contract completion.
- Youll conduct expert consultations and sales conversations regarding our aligners.
- Youll manage the sales process ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Youll work toward clear sales targets supported by an attractive commission model.
- With comprehensive onboarding and regular training youll continuously develop your sales skills.
Your Skills
- Ideally you have experience in customer consulting or sales preferably in telesales.
- You have an exceptional talent for sales and see a no as motivation to keep pushing forward.
- Youre highly self-motivated with the drive to reach ambitious goals.
- You show a high level of initiative in consistently improving your sales skills.
- Youre a natural communicator fluent in Dutch with basic knowledge of English.
