What will I be doing

The Sales Office within a luxury hotel is a dynamic and refined environmentan ideal platform for professionals seeking to advance their careers in premium hospitality.

In this senior role you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities delivered with leadership insight and excellence:

Drive High-Value Business Opportunities
Strategically identify cultivate and secure premium group and corporate business through advanced market research database analysis and proactive sales initiatives. Maintain a strong pipeline of high-yield opportunities while consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Represent Waldorf Astoria on the Global Stage
Act as a senior brand ambassador during international sales trips luxury trade exhibitions and global business development missions. Strengthen long-standing partnerships and develop influential new relationships that embody the brands heritage of timeless elegance.

Lead and Elevate Strategic Partnerships
Oversee and grow key accounts across all market segments driving sustainable revenue growth and conducting regular performance reviews.

Shape Visionary Business Strategies
Analyse historical performance current market dynamics and future trends to create sophisticated long-term sales strategies that support overall business objectives.

Design Purposeful Client Engagement Plans
Develop and execute impactful action plans for account management corporate entertainment and bespoke client experiences that enhance loyalty and elevate the guest journey.

Deliver Compelling Sales Experiences
Conduct high-level site inspections and present refined story-driven proposals tailored to each account and prospect.

Collaborate for Operational Excellence
Work closely with operational and leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery and consistently exceed client expectations.

What are we looking for

A highly motivated Senior Sales Manager who represents Hilton Worldwide brands with professionalism confidence and commercial acumen. To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:

  • A strong and proven track record of sales success preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Strategic thinking creativity and the ability to innovate beyond conventional approaches
  • Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and perform in high-pressure environments
  • A self-driven leader and collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proactive solutions-focused approach
  • Experience developing and executing short- and long-term sales strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Flexibility to travel on short notice and adapt to changing business priorities
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi is preferred
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A valid drivers license
