Perform round checks to ensure all electrical system and equipment are operating in a normal and allowable condition
Attend Corrective Maintenance (CM) work at Site which includes trouble shooting rectification work and/ or supervise contractor work
Attend all alarms and incident. Ensure respective parties related to the incident and/ or alarm such as Management Division OEM Vendor etc. are informed the soonest
Ensure all work and findings are properly recorded and reported to Electrical Engineer
Perform electrical switching and isolation work according to standard procedure and local law requirement
Attend and/ or supervise site visits related to electrical system
Ensure proper hand over to next shift
Work in Shift to monitor and attend operation issue
Assist in all electrical Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM and PdM) at Site. The PM and PdM work include maintenance and CBM (condition based monitoring) work on Switchgears Main Switch Boards Distribution Boards and Panels Oil Type Transformer Cast Resin Transformer UPS and battery chargers Voltage sag equipment diesel generators earthing and lightning protection system (LPS) cabling and socket outlet automation and PLC system fire fighting system LAN and PA system lightings and lifts
Assist in Plant Improvement (PI) works on electrical system and/ or equipment
Assist Engineers in planning work and execution
Requirement
Posses at least a B0 11kV Chargeman certificate from Energy Commission of Malaysia
Posses knowledge and more than 5 years of working experience in construction commissioning operation and maintenance are preferred
Expert in trouble shooting work
Capable of performing hands on work with minimum guidance
Knowledge of Facilities environment shall be an added advantage
