Job Summary
- Conduct Operator Specific Skill (OSS) training TWI Job Breakdown Sheet training and BPS training for production operator.
- Certify operator based on Workplace Appraisal issue Certification Card and update Operator Training Record
- Review operator competency and update Skill Matrix.
- Conduct yearly recertification for production operator and update Certification Card Training Record.
- Prepare and update training module and maintain it up to date.
- Ensure training facility is maintained in good condition.
- Arrange and support TWI training for production operator.
- Support skill development program for technician and line leaders with proper tracking records.
- Improve operation training efficiency by creating systems or processes.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Science Team or any related field
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment technical trainer or equivalent
- Good in training skill and presentation skill
- Identify opportunity to improve training delivery.
- A confident communicator capable of delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences
