This Position reports to:

SEC Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes quality standards and safety guidelines. Each day you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of the sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries in Qatar & Middle East region.

You will be mainly accountable for:

٠ Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customers operations and eliminate pain points.

٠ Performing field service tasks identifying technical issues and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.

٠ Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.

٠ Troubleshooting equipment/process failures requesting proactive corrective actions and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Qualifications for the role:

٠ You are highly skilled in ABB 800xA and/or S with Harmony / Infi90 PMS & IEC 61850 AC800M HI and/or Advant systems in the Energy Industries sector markets

٠ You have more than three years of experience in Process Automation with ABB Products mentioned above

٠ Possess the basic knowledge in most of the specified systems / platforms

٠ You are passionate about building strong collaboration and cooperate tightly with targeted end-customers to provide on-site services

٠ Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering

٠ You are at ease communicating in English
