Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering projects from concept through completion. This role ensures that projects meet technical financial and scheduling goals while fostering collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills along with a background in engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Lead cross-functional engineering projects ensuring on-time on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.
- Define clear technical objectives and determine necessary resources for project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project flow and accountability.
- Track project performance and make data-driven adjustments to stay on target.
- Implement proactive solutions to manage risks and prevent delays.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance across all phases of the project.
- Drive efforts to introduce new products enhance processes and support engineering changes.
- Document key milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements -
-Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or equivalent).
-At least 5 years of experience leading technical projects in a manufacturing setting.
-Proven ability to organize cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
-Skilled in managing technical documentation schedules and project budgets.
-Working knowledge of CAD platforms and enterprise systems like ERP or PLM.
-PMP certification is advantageous.
-Willingness to travel and navigate factory environments as needed.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
