You dont have to have automotive experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Educating customers about Fords exciting and cutting-edge new vehicle technologies
- Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using SYNC SYNC 3 SYNC 4 and SYNC AppLink
- Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up and using the FordPass App
- Demonstrating and assisting customers in setting up Navigation Systems
- Responding to customer support requests via e-mail and phone
- Making outbound follow up phone calls to customers
- Various other responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Must be tech savvy the kind of person that picks up new technology quickly and can explain it to others
- While IT computer network and PC Support experience are not requirements for this job those additional skills would be beneficial and given consideration toward level of pay
- Prior experience in customer service must be comfortable interacting with customers
- Experience with a variety of cell phones apps MP3 players and streaming services navigation systems etc. is strongly preferred
- Good driving record is required
- Must hold a valid drivers license
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
