Property Executive (Career Transition) - Expression of Interest

Job Description Summary

A Property Executive is responsible for overseeing the management acquisition development and financial performance of a portfolio of properties. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure optimal asset performance tenant satisfaction and strong financial returns.

About the Role

  • To support Property Manager in all routine Facility Management duties.
  • To ensure scheduled maintenance works are duly carried out in stipulated standards.
  • To inspect facilities (weekly or otherwise required) and report building defects.
  • To use assigned Computerized Maintenance Management System for work processes.
  • To manage projects assigned by Property Managers.
  • To manage clients in accordance to companys Customer Service guidelines.
  • To manage and enforce companys Safety Culture.

About You

  • Diploma in Engineering Facilities Management or relevant disciplines preferred.
  • Competent in digital communication.
  • Competent in verbal and written English.
