Job summary
You will provide operational support and technical leadership for the PAS infrastructure ensuring secure reliable and efficient access management across systems. This role focuses on supporting and coaching PAS administrators delivering engineering-level input into operational improvements and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and clarity in daily operations. You will need to deliver proactive and structured support aligned with ITIL processes focusing on service improvement.
Responsibilities:
- PAS Admin coaching
- PAS Admin support (Tickets Management after escalation).
- Interact with other departments to ensure integration of new services and solutions
- Design and documentation of SharePoint architecture
- Implementation and advanced configuration of search services user profiles and managed metadata
- Contribute to CAB (Change Advisory Board)
- Knowledge base update
- Standard Operating Procedure Management
- Testbed Management
- Security Patch testing
ITIL Processes:
- Event Management - beginner
- Incident Management intermediate
- Service Request Management - beginner
