Roles and Responsibilities
- We are seeking a.NET Developerwith strong Azure DevOps experience and deep expertise in AI/ML model evaluation to drive the implementation and operation of our training model analytics platform. This platform evaluates conversational AI and AI assistants providing actionable insights and ensuring model accuracy .
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing operation of a scalable analytics platform using C# .NET and Azure cloud services
- Architect implement and maintain backend solutions for robust data processing and analytics
- Integrate machine learning model evaluation techniques into the analytics pipeline with a focus on conversational AI performance and reliability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers data scientists and product managers to deliver platform features and improvements
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering security and cloud infrastructure
- Translate data science and model evaluation results into clear actionable analytics and reports
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise
- Extensive professional experience in C# .NET (Core and Framework)
- Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines infrastructure as code cloud monitoring and scalable deployments
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade backend solutions
- Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
- AI/ML & Data Science Knowledge
- Working knowledge of machine learning and model evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with k-fold cross-validation precision recall F1 score and other relevant metrics
- Experience analyzing and benchmarking model performance across multiple datasets
- Understanding of AI trustworthiness principles including model accuracy interpretability and robustness
- Ability to translate complex ML evaluation insights into actionable platform features
- Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills especially in cross-functional and agile teams
- Commitment to code quality reliability and responsible AI practices
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a fast-paced innovation-driven environment
- Security
- Advanced understanding of web security principles and best practices with solid experience in implementing security measures.
- Proficiency in protecting against common vulnerabilities such as SQL injection and XSS attacks with a focus on maintaining robust security.
- Strong skills in optimizing code queries and server configurations for improved performance and scalability.
