Job Summary
Position Overview:
- Build and maintain interfaces to provide seamless and automated integration between CRM OSC and other application systems such as PO Centre WebPem/SoW PowerSetup Galexy EDW PowerInsight GPSC CVENT and M&E. More to come with Phase 2.
- Maintain and support Groovy Scripts Java programs and Unix Shell scripts.
- Ensure all ad hoc requests are serviced within agreed SLA and of highest quality.
- Provide technical support to CRM Business Sales and Marketing Teams and other System Partners integrating with OSC.
- Ensure adherence to information security guidelines on CWT sensitive employee data.
- Makes use of Enterprise Solutions and Approved Toolsets (Jenkins Github ESG/ISB).
- Publish Sandboxes and performs Custom Set Migration (CSM) to target environments.
- Maintain Groovy scripts for integrating downstream systems.
- Maintain and support test scripts for regression testing.
- Ensure all CWT software assets and artifacts are versioned accordingly in the source repository.
- Bachelors degree in data analysis/ Technology/ IT/ Computer science
- Relevant experience in data extraction tools data reporting and analytics functions with expertise in relational databases (Oracle Access) SQL and Excel.
- Working experience in Global Software Integration Integration Cloud Services Groovy Scripts REST and SOAP APIs Oauth 2.0 XML JSON HTML and API security
- Proven track record in service excellence providing high quality reports and dashboards to satisfy multiple concurrent requests
- Working knowledge in UCM Extract and Oracle Integration Cloud Services
