An exciting opportunity has arisen as Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in Integrated this role you will be part of the Integrated projects team delivering strong results to Kongsberg Maritimes customers. You will be leading complex projects including integrated cutting-edge technology from across the Kongsberg Maritime organization. Your responsibilities will include execution completion stakeholder management and delivering customer value in a global environment.

Key accountabilities

• Lead delivery projects in the integrated projects portfolios
• Ensure planning execution and completion of large-scale integrated projects ensuring quality on-time delivery and within budget
• Lead a project team and foster a collaborative and high-performance project team within the project
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders customers and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

Qualifications and experience

• Project management competence and experience preferably in the maritime industry
• Master / Bachelor of Science or other relevant fields
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
