Job Description

What Youll Do

In this exciting role youll take ownership of a dedicated customer portfolio operating under our consignment terms managing all operational aspects from Order to Cash across our diverse business areasDistribution Travel Retail Wholesale Marketplaces and Digital. Youll work with key stakeholders across Europe including our warehouse hubs in Hong Kong Netherlands UK and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Relationships

  • Be the main point of contact for your assigned customer setKey and Independent Accounts.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Marketing Finance Tax IT and Warehouse Operations to ensure seamless order flow.
  • Build deep trust-based relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead customer onboarding system setup and ongoing support.
  • Drive proactive communication conflict resolution and collective team ownership.


Order to Cash Execution

  • Manage end-to-end order processing credit notes returns and invoice queries.
  • Monitor and optimize order fulfilment and backlog management using SAP.
  • Collaborate with credit tax and finance teams to address order blocks and escalations.
  • Ensure full SOX compliance and monthly stock reconciliations for consignment accounts.

Consignment

  • Create Invoicing using sell thru data with focus on compliance accuracy for both inventory and pricing
  • Reconcile SAP with Inventory per store and generate replenishment orders working with internal Sales and Visual Merchandising teams.
  • Leverage SAP and BI tools for real-time reporting and data analysis.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure fulfilment on store level for Consignment & timely resolution of discrepancies and reporting pricing and inventory data.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Embrace and drive change by contributing to improvement projects and automation
  • Share innovative ideas to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong background in customer operations or supply chain in a multinational setting.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and BI tools is a big plus.
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Ability to analysis data to resolve discrepancies
  • Proven experience managing order to cash processes and consignment models.
  • Highly organized solutions-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
