Plan and execute data-driven omni-channel Japan-focused ABM campaign strategies (paid search social display email webinars events) to generate interest engagement and revenue from target accounts
Serve as global CoE for ABM campaign strategy and execution including sales and marketing processes technology platforms and tools and metrics and reporting
Localize global campaigns to impactfully resonate with the Japan market and with designated individual targeted accounts; assess and help generate additional local-level content as required to attract and penetrate target accounts
Track performance report results and continuously optimize campaigns to improve bookings contribution
Align closely with Sales leadership on strategy and execution ensuring fast follow-up on leads and strong funnel velocity
Represent Japan Marketing in leadership discussionsreport on funnel trends benchmarks ongoing campaign SWOT analysis and recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to gather feedback share insights and refine campaign strategies
Qualifications/Requirements/Job Experience:
Proven success driving growth for a multinational B2B company in Japan via ABM strategies
Native Japanese speaker business-level English speaking and writing skills required.
7 years of hands-on experience running integrated online and offline campaigns preferably in a B2B tech environment
Proven ability to align with Sales build trust and drive joint accountability around lead generation and pipeline growth
Experience Salesforce CRM leading marketing automation (Marketo Pardot etc.) and ABM (6sense Demandbase etc.) platforms and AI tools
Strong budget management skills with a focus on ROI-driven investments
Comfortable under pressure in a results-driven environment; managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder requests and prioritizing daily work around biggest impact to growth and KPI targets
Be able to travel to Cognex Tokyo office throughout the week and attend / support Japan-based events throughout the year as required
Bachelors Degree required in business or marketing preferred
