About the role
Asa Senior Building Operatorwithin our REMS team youll play a pivotal role in being a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing supervising HVAC systems equipment logs lighting plumbing and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that given the unique nature of the property you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future!
What you bring
5-10 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
4th or 5th class Power Engineering Certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and be responsive to time sensitive tasks
Project Management vendor management experience
Previous experience working with a brand-new building is desirable
Computer literacy
Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours
A valid drivers license
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $82000.00 to $90000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
