Job Description
Job Purpose
- Develop the great potential markets seek new project opportunities.
- Develop the backup market to prevent the shrinkage of business scale in the mainland market due to political reasons.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide green building consulting services.
- BD for new business opportunities.
- Prepare written work including but not limited to energy simulation reports daylight analysis reports CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) reports noise analysis reports etc.
- Provide project certification application ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain key client relationship.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree or above level. Major in Building Energy Analysis /Building Environment / HVAC or relevant.
- Qualification: Basic-LEED AP(BDC IDCOM) Optional-WELL APBREEAM Assessor
- Working experience: A minimum of 5 years working experience in green building certification BD and consulting services include but not limited to LEED WELL BREEAM BEAMPlus etc.
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
- Solid computer skills and good working knowledge of MS Office.
- High sense of responsibility and good team spirit
