The impact You will create:
- Based on a strict schedule you will check and ensure for a correct data flow between stores and central systems supported by an internal and external monitoring systems as Nexus Nagios etc.
- You will conduct different troubleshooting steps in case of any missing or inconsistent data as well as temporarily system malfunction
- You will keep constant communication with IT departments of the affected countries and keep the teams up to date with the systems performance and result of our troubleshooting steps
- We will expect you to give suggestions on how to improve the existing data checks and how to optimize and automate the processes
Experience and skills You will need:
- You come with a passion for IT and preferably have an IT education and/or some basic support experience
- Basic IT knowledge built by working with different remote desktop file sharing and monitoring applications and platforms
- Practical experience on working with monitoring tools is considered as a plus
- Practical experience and time spent on Windows Batch scripting Python basic knowledge Ansible knowledge and experience with other automation related technologies is considered as a plus
- You have strong willingness to learn and develop on a position with high responsibility which will put you in a demanding IT environment
- Most of all you need to be ready and willing to work on 4 hours working shifts that can be placed in the time frame 7PM 10AM. Shifts can be placed on weekends and official holidays.
- You come with good English skills needed to operate in a multicultural environment
