Our client specializes in selling high-quality fertilizers and agricultural chemicals providing innovative solutions to enhance crop productivity and soil health.
They are now seeking an Agriculture Specialist (Product Specialist) to join their team.
Job Description
- Conducting market analysis to gather insights on soil conditions crop types competitors and large-scale industry trends.
- Performing product adaptability research by conducting regional trials for fertilizers (compound water-soluble blended urea) based on local soil climate and cultivation practices.
- Developing product and technical materials and providing training to business managers dealers and farmers on product benefits and application techniques.
- Collaborating with research experts monitoring third-party fertilizer efficiency tests and submitting monthly reports.
- Identifying market needs for new products and technologies presenting findings to the Agricultural Technology Committee and supporting new product development.
Qualifications
- Male or female.
- Bachelors degree or higher in an Agricultural Major.
- 2-3 years of working experience as an Agriculture Specialist Product Specialist or Agronomist related to fertilizers and agricultural chemicals.
- Ability to adapt to long-term business trips and stay on farmland.
- Good command of English (reports directed to a Chinese manager).
- Own a car and a valid driving license.
Benefits
- Transport: Car and gasoline allowance of 6 THB/km.
- Other allowances: Phone allowance of 400 THB/month meal allowance of 40 THB/day and transportation allowance of 20 THB/day.
- Working hours: 5 days a week (09:00 AM 05:30 PM).
- Health insurance: SSO and Group insurance.
- Provident fund: 5-8-12%.
