Job Summary

We are looking for a Plant Inspection Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.

The ideal candidate will carry out field inspection (first level & specific inspection) of instrument components & automation gadgets in line with best practices. Coordinate with planning/scheduling to ensure shutdowns are adequately planned with all required spares.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply corrective actions for shutdowns during emergencies
  • Control the exposure of instrument equipment contact parts panels and other automation components to ensure food safety compliance.
  • Creating work order for maintenance jobs
  • Help in improvement projects
  • Monitor and maintain production processes and equipment performance
  • Schedule repair and maintenance to reduce downtime during production
  • Troubleshoot process issues to maintain equipment performance.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor Degree (BSC) in System & Electrical Engineering or related fields. .
  • Equipment knowledge
  • Equipment handling and process knowledge
  • Proficient in the use of computer
  • Good analytic and communication skill
