Descripcin genrica del puesto
Auxiliar en los procesos de Importacin y Exportacin as como el control de documentos.
Participar activamente en la seguridad de los embarques.
Responsabilidades:
Facturar en el sistema de control de inventarios de Aduanas Importaciones virtuales y/o Exportaciones diarias y/o Importaciones Temporales y/o Definitivas.
Verificar por medio de Checklist las operaciones realizadas en sistema de inventarios de Aduanas.
Validar la informacin asentada en los pedimentos conforme al Anexo 22 de las RGCE. (Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior)
Mantener al corriente el control de archivo as como el archivo electrnico relacionado con las importaciones y exportaciones.
Proporcionar apoyo en las actividades adicionales del Departamento de Aduanas para mantener la operacin en funcionamiento y cumplimiento.
Mantener los controles para el seguimiento de las cargas de Importacin y exportacin.
Consultar los programas preferenciales para la aplicacin de beneficios a la importacin.
Verificar en el sistema de ERP las materias primas recibidas y conciliar esta informacin con las remisiones de los proveedores para posteriormente capturarlas en el sistema de control de inventarios de Aduanas.
Solicitud de opiniones positivas y archivo de las mismas.
Cumplir con los estndares de seguridad del perfil de C-TPAT y OEA.
* Apoyar en la actualizacin de procedimientos del departamento de Aduanas.
* Soporte para auditoras internas y externas programadas por el Supervisor de Aduanas.
* Apoyo para el inventario de maquinaria y equipo.
* Realizacin de Avisos de Submanufactura
* Realizacin de Avisos de Traslado
* Control y conclusin de documentos americanos en portal de agencia aduanal. (Inbonds)
* Soporte y apoyo para proyectos especiales del departamento.
* Revisin de Lista Negra del SAT a nuestros proveedores virtuales.
*Asignacin de precintos de seguridad para los embarques y abastecimiento de estos.
* Generacin de archivos de COVE.
* Asegurar las revisiones caninas a todas nuestras exportaciones.
* Liberacin de pagos de pedimentos y honorarios de agencia aduanal
* Seguimiento de nmeros de parte nuevos de materia prima y producto terminado
* Reportes Duty Draw Back.
* Archivo fsico de operaciones aduanales.

Autoridad:
- Generar documentacin aduanal en sistema de inventarios de Aduanas
- Monitorear las cargas en el portal de rastreo del transportista
- Modificar y cargar documentos al portal de la agencia aduanal.
Requerimientos bsicos:
- Experiencia mnima de 3 aos en el rea de Aduanas.
- Importacin
- Exportacin
- Virtuales
- Anexo 24
- Ingles 70-80% conversacional
- Conocimiento amplio en operaciones de comercio exterior
- Proactivo
- Conocimiento bsico de los estndares de C-TPAT y OEA.
- Competente y buen nivel de conocimiento en Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook y PowerPoint.
- Amplia disponibilidad de horario.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presin.
- Habilidad para trabajo en equipo.
- Proactivo
- Capacidad de Anlisis.

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
