Must-Have Skills
- 10 years of progressive experience in project management with a significant portion in a lead or principal role managing complex high-impact technical projects.
- Banking experience is a must
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software development or technology projects from conception to launch.
- Agile management
- Fix price project management
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g. Jira Asana Microsoft Project Confluence).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
