Job Summary
Join our growing Infrastructure Services Team in Pune as a Windows Server & Virtualization Manager. Lead a global team of engineers while ensuring the reliability security and scalability of Hansens Microsoft and VMware platforms. This role blends technical expertise with leadership responsibilities driving process improvements and delivering private cloud solutions.
You are an experienced IT leader with at least 5 years in WS&V operations and 2 years leading global teams. You have:
- strong knowledge of VMware Windows Server and Azure (nice to have).
- excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- ability to thrive in a dynamic 24x7 global environment building a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Lead and motivate a team of WS&V engineers across geographies
- Manage and optimise WS&V infrastructure performance security and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement procedures ensuring reliability and scalability
- Plan design and implement private cloud solutions
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver robust IT services
