Senior Sourcing Specialist Toy
A global leader in the international discount retail sector they are looking a talented as Senior Sourcing Specialist for Toy category.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess suppliers while maintaining a database of qualified vendors.
- Negotiate terms pricing and contracts to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies managing procurement costs and budgets.
- Oversee new product development and resolve issues to maintain strong supplier relationships including regular factory visits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Merchandising with a focus on consumer goods.
- Proficient in English Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong analytical communication and teamwork abilities.
