Sourcing Specialist (Hardgoods)

Explore an exceptional opportunity with our client where they are a global market leader of international discount retailer chain. They are currently looking for an outstanding Sourcing Specialist (Hardgoods) to join the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers; maintain a database of qualified vendors.
  • Negotiate terms prices and contracts; ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies; manage procurement costs and budgets.
  • Oversee new product development and address any issues to sustain strong supplier relationships including conducting regular factory visits.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Business Administration or related field.
  • Min 2 years working experience in Merchandising with exposure to consume goods
  • Strong proficiency in English Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills.
