Responsible for assembling inspecting and testing all kinds of motors to ensure they are free of defects and meet quality standards. This position involves working in a cleanroom environment where safety protocols must be strictly adhered to at all times. Additionally this role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills as well as the ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and test all kinds of motors according to specifications provided by supervisor/manager
- Inspect finished products before shipping them out to customers
- Maintain production records including time worked productivity reports etc. so that management can track progress easily
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to avoid shortages during peak periods
- Work safely within designated areas without compromising quality or efficiency
- Follow proper procedures when handling hazardous materials such as chemicals or flammable liquids
- Wear protective gear like gloves masks helmets etc. whenever necessary
- Clean work area thoroughly after each shift ends to prevent contamination of equipment and tools
- Report any malfunctions or breakdowns immediately to maintenance staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in manufacturing industry preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems helpful but not essential
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Physically fit enough to stand for long periods of time while working on machines
- Able to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more occasionally
- Comfortable working in confined spaces with limited visibility
