Job Description
What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a marketing coordinator youll develop content provide quality control review and coordinate production for all components of proposals presentations and marketing collateral to ensure a high degree of accuracy and quality. Youll provide graphic design support for a variety of materials including conferences reports and award submittals. The marketing coordinator reports to the marketing manager.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain and update information in marketing database.
- Proofread and edit marketing collateral for accuracy and consistency.
- Support production of deliverables associated with proposals and other business development efforts in conformance with company standards.
- Assist in generating statement of qualifications by collecting information from technical personnel and other sources.
- Coordinate with subconsultants compose proposal text with a consistent and persuasive tone and format proposals.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing Business Communications Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud suite software including Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop.
