Our client is a trading company.
They are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join ASAP.
Job Responsibilities
- Account Payable (AP)
- Preparing AP ageing report.
- Preparing payment plans for proper and timely management and balance that follows the structure and billing conditions of the company.
- Preparing billing based on company conditions.
- Purchase VAT
- Preparingand inputting VAT reports compared with G/L in SAP.
- Supporting submitted in the Revenue Department System.
- Withholding Tax
- PreparingWithholding Tax reports compared with G/L in SAP.
- Supporting submitted in the Revenue Department System.
- Fixed Asset Report and BOI Report
- Preparing Fixed AssetRegister report compared with G/L in SAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Accounting/ Financial.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Good command of English.
- Familiar with SAP and input reports in English.
- Detail-oriented and honest.
- Must be able to work on Monday Friday and 2-3 Saturdays per month (depending on calendar).
- Certified CPD is a plus.
