Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions aligning with business objectives.
- Designing and presenting solution architectures tailored to insurance industry needs including underwriting policy administration claims processing and risk management.
- Conducting product demonstrations proof of concepts (POCs) and technical workshops to showcase capabilities.
- Developing and delivering compelling technical presentations proposals and RFP responses.
- Engaging with key stakeholders including C-level executives IT teams and business users to drive solution adoption.
- Working closely with product engineering and implementation teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies industry trends and competitive landscapes in the insurance sector.
- Providing technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in presales solution architecture or technical consulting within the insurance technology domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes regulatory requirements and digital transformation trends.
- Experience with insurance platforms core systems (e.g. policy administration claims underwriting) and APIs.
- Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS Azure GCP) enterprise architecture frameworks and integration technologies.
- Excellent presentation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
