The Role
Were looking for arare builder-leader hybrid someone who can architect world-class systems write elegant code and inspire a team to create whats never been done before.This is atrue CTO-track opportunity. Youll architect build and scale MessageSprings engineering core setting the technical vision mentoring developers and writing production-ready code alongside them.
Youll report directly to the Founder/CEO and join the leadership team shaping both our product roadmap and long-term architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale MessageSprings omnichannel platform on AWS (API Gateway Lambda ECS/EKS CloudWatch RDS DynamoDB).
- Build and ship full-stack code withReact/ and Python/FastAPI.
- Design multi-tenant secure fault-tolerant SaaS ready for billions of transactions annually.
- Lead recruit and mentor ahigh-impact engineering team.
- Establish DevSecOps CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design and Data teams to accelerate releases.
- Maintain high coding standards and strong documentation culture.
- Contribute strategically to decisions around scaling partnerships and technology investments.
Your Background
- 10 years in software engineering; 5 years in technical leadership.
- Mastery of full-stack development andAWS architecture.
- Deep experience with microservices API-first and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in CI/CD Docker Kubernetes andTerraform.
- Strong observability mindset (CloudWatch ELK Prometheus).
- Familiar withsecurity-by-design PCI SOC2 and compliance frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
- Self-driven decisive and motivated by ownership and impact.
