Country Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive Location: Singapore Reporting To: Country Manager (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Establish and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
Work closely with operations / accounts / sales teams to ensure that sales operational and business performance targets are achieved.
To monitor and ensure that customers make prompt payment. All discrepancies to be resolved or rectified promptly.
To exceed sales targets in accordance with the requirements provided by the Sales Management and company policies.
Participate in contract and price negotiations with customers.
Carry out sales calls/ sales visits.
Ad hoc job duties as requested by Country Manager.
Requirements:
5-10 years of related sales experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC
Good proficiency in English both speaking and written
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Sales driven and results oriented with proven track record to keep and grow accounts
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Determined to succeed and has a can-do attitude
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Has strong passion to grow with the company
