We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at

Mercer. This role will be based in Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Benefits Operations Analyst you will provide administrative assistance for Operations day to day transactions. You will be assigned to a premium client to handle end to end benefits administration (census management claims billing and collection. You will partner with our ops support group for any escalations and other account related activities. You will also be a project support assistant to ensure project goals are achieved within the established timelines.

We will count on you to:

  • Responsible for managing low to moderately complex Benefits Operational assignments.

  • Analyzes benefits data files. Evaluates data and checks for issues and discrepancies and provides resolution of any errors.

  • Maintains operation systems and tools and provides system support.

  • Provides operational reporting to management.

  • Participates in ad hoc operation projects.

  • Performs daily operational assignments and activities including data analysis system support and reporting.

  • Provide testing assistance and support of new systems and tools.

  • Helps evaluate systems tools and resources and provides recommendations for updates and changes.

  • Manage client data using variety of technical tools and resources.

  • Manage client requests and processes and relationships.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree holder

  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Operations preferably Benefits Operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills such as formula Lookup functions and Pivot Table

  • Quick to adapt to change especially in process able to know to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
