Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding offboarding payroll and benefits administration absence management employee record-keeping compliance with labour laws and regulations and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

Those in benefits at PwC will focus on managing and administering employee benefits programmes. You will enable employees to receive the benefits they are entitled to and that the company remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources and/or administrative activities.
  • Experience in insurance/ wellness and health services is a plus.
  • Strong focus on customer experience enhancing service quality.
  • Excel Intermediate Advanced to manage high volume of information.
  • Power BIand programing would be an asset.
  • Communicationempathy able to scale complex situations highly organized.
  • Oral and written English skills capable to create and deliver materials and conduct business conversations in this language.

Minimum years of experience required:

  • 1 year of relevant experience

Degree Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree.
