Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities
lResponsible for the overall planning and execution of construction projects ensuring site quality and progress standards
lMonitor and supervise the construction progress and ensure that all construction progress is carried out as planned and in good condition
lApprove the contractors planning work monitor and supervise their work performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
lReview and audit technical files submitted by consultants and contractors
lAttend site meetings conduct inspections and prepare reports on project progress and quality
lMaintain records and documentation of completed projects
lImplement and maintain the Quality Management Manual (QA/QC Manual)
lDesign develop and implement comprehensive project management training programs tailored to various skill levels and organizational needs
lConduct training courses workshops and seminars on project management tools and techniques
lAssess training needs through surveys interviews and collaboration with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals
lEvaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback surveys and evaluations and adjust and improve future plans
lProvide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees seeking to improve their project management skills
lStay current with industry trends and project management best practices to continually improve training content
lWork closely with team members including mentoring other team members
lPrepare and submit project reports and updates to management
Requirements:
lDegree in Construction Management Engineering or relevant disciplines
lAt least 10 years solid experience in construction management and planning contract administration site co-ordination and control
lMembership in HKIE/MICE/MCIBSE/MCIOB is preferred
lMaster of project administration quality management and site controls measures
lGood command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
lIndependent proactive result-oriented well-organized and detail-minded
lLess experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
Wed like to have those with Mainland China project experience gained from developers. This position will put under our Cost Engineering & Safety Department reporting directly to the department head.
