Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery function and independence.
- Manage a designated caseload efficiently prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists therapy assistants and students offering guidance and informal supervision.
- Maintain accurate timely and professional clinical records in line with HCPC CSP and local policy.
- Participate in audits service evaluations and quality improvement projects.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to team working and service improvement.
