Requirements
- Professionally represent the PD principles of honesty and integrity
- Provide periodic Matterport services- to include harvest and storage of scanned links
- Generate sketch floor plans within Xactimate estimating software
- Photograph homes and businesses: upload to Xactimate estimating software with labeling as instructed.
- Keep up on technologies equipment processes building products etc.
- Competent use of Beacon 3D (Hover) to provide roof and elevations data for estimating purposes
- Identify and report safety concerns when on site at loses or in the office
- Obtain and maintain additional IICRC certifications when requested by management
- Operate and maintain Paul Davis vehicle when required
- Internal and external Customer communication as required
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements
- Additional job duties as needed
Education: 2 - 4 year college degree preferred
Experience: Entry Level
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Time Management skills are a must
- Camera/lighting experience is a plus
- Efficient in Matterport Xactimate RMS/Dash Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel etc.)
- Knowledge of building materials
- Ability to plan and organize
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
Physical Demands:
- Lift (constantly) 5-20 lbs. lift (occasionally) 20-100 lbs.
- Occasional climbing (ladders etc.) balancing crouching frequent stooping reaching kneeling and handling.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to enter and work in areas of fire smoke mold sewage etc.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
- Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
