YOULL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years recruitment experience ideally within the areas of Aerospace Engineering or IT Software.
• Good understanding of proactive sourcing techniques
• Exceptional relationship building skills
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to consistently prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment to achieve ambitious deadlines and targets
• Proactive and Initiative-Driven
• Highly autonomous with proven ability to manage own workload effectively
• Ability to work with ambiguity and change
• Remains calm under pressure
• Willing to work on site to collaborate with wider P&C team and hiring managers

THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

• Recruiting experience in technical / engineering / manufacturing industry
• 1 years in house recruitment experience
• Workday HRIS and Greenhouse ATS Experience
• Genuine passion for the space industry and our company mission
