As a Data Architect you will be responsible for designing and optimizing data architecture and processing systems for our clients. You will create blueprints for data management ensuring data is collected stored and processed efficiently to support data-driven decision-making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design conceptual enterprise and logical data models across multiple domains.
Define and select appropriate data platform technologies (e.g. Snowflake BigQuery Redshift Databricks).
Architect scalable and cost-efficient data pipelines using e.g. SQL Python and dbt.
Align data architecture with enterprise systems and anticipate future changes (e.g. CRM or ERP migrations).
Collaborate on ML and AI architecture supporting technical solutions for advanced analytics.
Integrate governance tools (e.g. Microsoft Purview) and define lineage and metadata management patterns.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with data quality security and regulatory standards.
Stay current with emerging trends in data engineering and analytics.

Your Profile:

Minimum 8 years of experience with minimum 4 years of experience in data architecture roles.
Strong understanding of modern data architectures (Lakehouse Data Mesh).
Experience working with cross-functional teams including data engineers analysts and scientists.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with business goals.
You have hands-on experience with modern data tools and platforms including data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake BigQuery Redshift and Databricks; programming languages like Python and SQL; transformation tools such as dbt; and cloud environments including Azure AWS and GCP.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
