About the role
We are looking for a detailoriented Product Data Coordinator to support product data integrity across all our Business this role you will be responsible for validating each style against a standardized attribute framework and ensuring that all product data is accurate complete and aligned with internal standards by set deadlines. This position combines product knowledge with a structured analytical mindset and plays a key role in maintaining highquality product information across systems.
This is a temporary position offered on a fixedterm contract of 9 months.
Due to the hands-on detail-driven nature of the work and close collaboration with on-site teams this role requires a full-time 5-day-per-week office presence.
Key Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Validate each style against a predefined attribute framework (e.g. neckline silhouette fit occasion etc.)
Review and verify product data already available in the internal Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
Ensure completeness consistency and accuracy of style and option level attributes
Identify discrepancies inconsistencies and missing attributes and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
Align product data with standards and brand guidelines
Support data cleansing enrichment and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaboration with Merchandising Design & Product Development
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail with a structured disciplined way of working
Solid understanding of fashion products and product attributes
Background in Product Development is a strong plus with the ability to interpret technical specifications bill of materials and construction details
Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and Excel or a strong affinity for datadriven systems with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools
Fluent in English with clear and effective communication skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally
Able to work independently demonstrating ownership initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
Comfortable working with large volumes of data under time pressure consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
