Develop and maintain data integration processes to facilitate efficient data exchange between all systems.
Implement simple automation workflows to improve internal processes.
Administer and monitor server infrastructure ensuring optimal performance security and uptime.
Provide front-end and back-end coding support to enhance user interfaces and system functionality or use a combination of low code tools and front-end builders to build internal tools for school-wide functions.
Assist the Tech Director in running school systems like learning management systems and other school information systems.
Provide technical support and helpdesk functions including troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware software and networks.
Manage asset tracking ensuring IT equipments accurate recording and monitoring.
Coordinate with teachers and staff to support and maintain educational softwares.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems software or processes as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address technology requirements and challenges.
Create and maintain documentation for server configurations data integration processes asset tracking and support procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that solutions are up to-date and effective.
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
At least one year of experience in front-end and back-end engineering.
Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data management & integration.
Familiarity with server management principles and best practices.
Experience providing technical support and helpdesk services.
Ability to manage IT assets and inventory effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills for coordination with teachers staff and other stakeholders.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
