Job Description

What you will do
Reporting to Global Creatives Head of Creative Success the Creative Success Lead leads campaigns and manages project teams develops and pitches creative concepts leads collaboration and stakeholder engagement and champions the teams value and impact across the business. They mentor and develop team members oversee multiple complex projects including resource planning and shifting priorities and contribute to strategic planning and team development for the Head of Creative Success.

How will you do it

  • Partner with Johnson Controls stakeholders and creative teams to drive projects from brief to delivery
  • Lead campaigns and manage project teams
  • Develop and pitch creative concepts alongside creative team
  • Champion Global Creatives value and impact across the business
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Oversee multiple complex projects including resource planning and shifting priorities
  • Work collaboratively with marketers to develop and negotiate project scopes
  • Lead stakeholder communications meetings and expectations management including pitching of creative concepts and campaigns alongside creative team
  • Monitor project progress timelines and deliverables providing progress reports to all project stakeholders. Ensure project targets are met
  • Support Global Creatives mission of brand consistency and quality assurance initiatives
  • Work according to team standards and operatingprocedures
  • Assist with and contribute to department administrationmarketing and advertising initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic planning and team development for the Head of Creative Success
  • Actively explore and integrate efficient use of AI tools in context of remit

What we are looking for

Required

  • Minimum 4 years of project/account management experience
  • Experience with creative campaigns
  • Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships and complex projects
  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and invested in expanding knowledge
  • A team player with exceptional organizational skills. You will have a knack for receiving and implementing constructive criticism
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Background in creative communications or marketing
  • Experience in an in-house creative team
