This is a pivotal commercial role on a landmark housing project working closely with the Regional/Managing QS. Youll take ownership of site-based QS activities manage subcontractor packages drive value engineering and play a key part in ensuring project profitability and success.

What Were Looking For:
710 years PQS or contractor experience
Residential / housing background (preferred)
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong commercial and leadership skills
Proficiency in Cubit Cost-ex or similar software
