Job Description
CFA Institute is seeking an Associate Manager Partnerships & Client Solutions to strengthen our presence in China and deepen engagement with key stakeholders across the investment this role you will help expand our network of collaborations promote CFA Institutes programs and support initiatives that advance our mission in the region. Working closely with colleagues across the Global Partnerships & Client Solutions division and the wider organization youll play a critical role in building relationships that bring lasting value to industry partners societies regulators and universities.

CFA Institute is a foreign non-governmental organization (FNGO) in compliance with FNGO law CFA Institute (USA) Beijing Representative Office has been established to carry out approved activities in China.
What Youll Do
Client Relationship Management & Development
Build manage and deepen relationships with key institutional stakeholders.
Foster collaborations with investment professionals HR leaders recruiters practitioners and senior executives.
Business Development
Support stakeholder engagement through professional presentations communications and follow-up.
Assist in identifying collaboration opportunities aligned with CFA Institutes mission and enterprise objectives.
Maintain accurate records and communications using internal systems such as Salesforce.
Partner across functions (Finance Legal Compliance IT People & Culture) on organizational processes and projects.
Society Engagement & Partnership
Collaborate with Society Relations colleagues to strengthen engagement with societies in China.
Build strong partnerships with society members and staff to drive effective outreach programs.
Operations Support
Serve as a point person for office coordination communications and administration.
Manage office facilities logistics and visitor arrangements for senior management.
What Youll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
At least 5 years experience in an association or not-for-profit environment preferably in client-facing roles.
Strong awareness of local and global financial markets.
Fluency in English with excellent written verbal and listening skills.
Proven interpersonal skills with confidence in leading and facilitating meetings.
Strong organizational time management and project management skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) to a high standard.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and consulting skills.
Mature judgment and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business development or stakeholder engagement in the financial services sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to generate new ideas.
Familiarity with CRM systems particularly Salesforce.
