Job Summary

Job Accountabilities:

To drive new product business growth in MP/TM as owner of CBY business
Business planning including product price calendar content and other resources in key gate and brief to the cross function team in manageable timeline.
Weekly & daily execution including data tracking quick action plan and analysis to achieve target
Seasonal refreshment in product set up and drive a seamless timeline for all the cross team to catch up both from global and local team
Routine communication with global team to deliver a sharp point of view and get support from global team
Team collaboration including Platform/Tech/Logistics/Products/Site Experience/CRM/CS/Content/Marketing/Factory etc. both from global and local team
Manage agency to ensure operation excellence especially in new product seasonal launch and improve the efficiency in process

Job Qualifications:

Multiple tasks experience. TMKT experience is preferred
Strong communication skills and team work
Good English in both oral and written
Have knowledge of E-commerce business especially MP/TM
